Trust
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; Proverbs 3:5

Rest
Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28
Ask yourself: What am I carrying that He has asked me to put down?
Peace
Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled; do not be afraid. John 14:27
Ask yourself: What steals my peace, and what would I do differently if I believed this verse?

The One who calls you is faithful, and He will do it. 1 Thessalonians 5:24

Ask yourself: What needs renewing in me: my mind, my habits or my hope?
Grace
But He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9
