Delete Your Digible Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Digible account and its associated data. Digible is developed by Agape Labs Ltd. You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, or email us to do it for you.
Delete your account from the app
The fastest way — it takes effect immediately:
- Open the Digible app and make sure you are signed in.
- Tap your profile icon in the top corner of the Home screen to open Profile.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Confirming permanently deletes your account and cannot be undone. (Guest sessions aren't accounts — signing out of a guest session and reinstalling clears its local data.)
Or request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email team@agapelabs.co.uk from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my Digible account". We verify ownership of the email and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data and content tied to your account, including:
- Your account and profile (name, email, username, and profile photo).
- Your highlights, verse notes, and handwritten journal pages.
- Your study Paths and their reflections.
- Your Bible library, covers, reading positions, and reading activity.
- Content stored on our servers for syncing across your devices.
What is kept, and for how long
We retain a limited amount of data only where the law requires it or to protect against fraud and abuse:
- Billing and transaction records — retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years). Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google; their records are held under their own policies.
- Backups and logs — residual copies in encrypted backups and security logs are purged on our normal rotation schedule, no later than 90 days after deletion.
- Anonymised/aggregated data — information that can no longer identify you may be retained for analytics.
Cancelling a paid subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription — manage subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
