Delete Your Digible Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Digible account and its associated data. Digible is developed by Digible App LLC. You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, or email us to do it for you.

Delete your account from the app

In Digible, go to your profile and choose Delete Account. Your account is deleted 14 days after you ask. Until then nothing is removed, and signing back in to Digible keeps your account as it is.

If you want it deleted straight away, choose to delete it immediately if your version of the app offers that. Otherwise email support@digibleapp.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it immediately.

If you use Digible as a guest without signing in, your account and everything in it are deleted right away, because a guest account cannot be signed back into.

Can't open the app? Email support@digibleapp.com from the address on your account. We check that the address matches your account, then delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner. Tell us if you want it deleted straight away.

What is deleted

On the deletion date we delete your account and everything saved in it:

• Your account and profile: name, email, username and profile photo.
• Your journal pages, notes, highlights and images.
• Your Paths and their reflections.
• Your Bible library, reading positions and reading history.
• Your customer record at RevenueCat, which manages subscriptions for us.

Database backups that still hold a copy expire within 7 days.

What is kept, and for how long

Some information is not removed automatically:

• Analytics and ad measurement: usage data in PostHog and, on iPhone and iPad, ad measurement records in AppsFlyer. Email us and we will ask them to delete what is linked to your account.
• Support conversations: kept as a record of what we told you. Ask us and we will delete them unless we need to keep them for a legal reason.
• Security logs and a deletion record: sign-in security logs and a short record that your deletion happened (your account ID, not your content).
• Sign in with Apple: to remove Digible from your Apple Account, open Settings, tap your name, then Sign-In and Security, then Sign in with Apple. Choose Digible there. Apple's instructions explain the steps.
• Purchase records: Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases under their own policies.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account.
